Drive through customer service staff very friendly which made the experience more positive than originally expected!
In the past I have found fast food staff to be young, immature and unwelcoming. KFC seem to employ young yet enthusiastic staff members in their team! Great work!

Regularly go to KFC and use the drive through service. Always pick this over other fast food outlets as it has super quick service. Staff are always very friendly too.

Staff are extremely rude especially on the drive through. Food not warm enough & they are put out when you raise this. Service is extremely slow. Dont know why I've gone back, but definetly wont be back again.

the service leaves a little to be desired as the order always gets mixed up or something is left out. The product is fine when we get the right things, but where is the old fashioned service we expect from a place like this.
