I usually go thru the drive-thru at Kfc. As i have ordered, they were polite and easy to understand at the speakerbox.
the food was fresh and yummy. The drinks were warm but the food made up for it.

Have Huge amounts of Problems with them On a Regular Basis, They just Cant seem to get an Order right, We always order extra Sauce, as the amount of Sauce they put on Is ridiculous. Costs 60 Cents Extra for the Sauce, And Every single time Without fail, I have to return to Get Sauce put on it, Because they must read it as Minus sauce, So I paying 60 cents Per burger for Minus Sauce in there eyes.

I went through the drive service facility. I wanted to order a meal for myself and 2 children so i opted for a small family meal, they then stated that that prodect was no longer available, even though it was on their display unit, they said it was taken off the menu the day before and i said well why didn't someone take the display of the menu board? they were then abrupt rude and had no care factor. The meal was okay but i wasn't impressed with the was they handled the situation.
