every time I order a chicken burger I ask for no lettuce as I'm allergic to it, For the last 6 times I went there I had to take my burger back because they put lettuce on it.Their staff need to speak clearly when going through, and the staff need to be trained more and learn how to take orders properly not overly happy with thenm

they actually ran out of chicken takes 4 hours for drive thru and the exit from the drive thru is just an accident waiting too happen inside the shop looks clean and is friendly staff but needs too work on a few things like realising wednesday thursday and friday would be there biggest sales days so order extra stock

I wish I could say this KFC restaurant was nice but unfortunately I can't. Every time we go there there is always something wrong with the food. The chicken pieces are very small (who does a wing the size of a small post-it note count as 1 piece??), the gravy is more like brown water, the chips are under cooked and have no seasoning.

We complain each time and still there don't change the quality of the food or improve in customer service.

I keep going back in hopes they will improve.....and that my wife is pregnant and craves it.
