Was disappointed with the service i received when ordering here.first i had to repeat myself around 4 times to place my order.and another staff member came over to talk to the staff member that was serving me whilst i was talking and placing my order?i thought that was rude.and secondly waited forever for my order,only for them to make me the wrong meal?and then the staff member tried to argue with me into what i ordered and it was on the receipt what i ordered?didn't she look like a fool when i showed her what i ordered.i told her that if she opens her ears and listens to the customers maybe she can get the orders right?

I have had 2 bad experiences at Narellan KFC:
1: My daughter and I went in around 7pm and no staff were serving, there was one staff member leaning against the side wall behind the counter. The next minute the staff member projectile vomited all over the floor behind the counter. The manager quickly ushered the girl in the bathrooms.
2:After placing my order I was waiting for the staff member to retrieve it, all of a sudden out of the corner of my eye something was slowly crawling across the floor, imagine my shock when I relised it was a mouse! The mouse came from behind the counter somewhere and was not well, he was very slow. The mouse slowly walked over to the automatic glass doors and stopped. I said "Excuse me there is a mouse at the door I think he wants to leave" The look of the girl's face was priceless she casually called the manager who walked up to the glass doors, activated the doors to open and the mouse run out!
Needless to say KFC is not my first choice to eat at!

I went to KFC Narellan at 7pm on a Friday night and asked for a breast piece of chicken in my 2 piece feed. I was told that they only had wing pieces of chicken left. C'mon! It was only 7pm! Also they were out of dinner rolls. SO ANNOYING but not surprising! KFC Narellan, you need to lift your game!
