there food is not of a great standard most of the time, staff are very young and really don't know how to deal with people when a complaint is made they are not very helpful, i am a love of KFC but with each visit im starting to change my mind

I have been here numerous times in the hope that the service had improved but unfortunately not. As others have mentioned my order has been wrong on more than one occasion and they have even fought with my husband about what chicken pieces he could have.The customer is always right does not exist here. I shall not be wasting anymore money at this place.

From past history 1 out of 3 experiences they do not get the order right you are always left short on something the Que that they get is normally a long wait and then you have to wonder if the order is the one you ordered

This is the worst place i have ever gone for takeaway, I like to pick up dinner on my way home from Brisbane but have always found the service to be less than impressive, it doesnt seem to matter whether you are going throught the drive through or eating in the service is still poor, i have waited so long to be served on occasion that i have given up waiting and gone elsewhere.
