On driving through Toowoomba on the evening of the 17th May we stopped to purchase take away at the Wilsonton store. I purchased a Dinner for Two and an extra of gravy. The chicken was dry and only just warm, there was no extra gravy even though I had paid for it, there were no servietttes or spoons in the bag and as we were travelling this made eating cole slaw and potato and gravy very difficult. If I hadn't glanced into the bag before I left the store I wouldn't have had chips either as the girl had not put them in the bag and I had to ask for them.
We were very dissatisfied and very disappointed with this meal.
