Each time I've visited I feel like i've walked into a nightclub with the music blaring you can't even hear yourself speak. There isn't enough for children under 4 and there's almost always kids over 4 in the little kids play area but staff never tell them to get out. Coffee tasted good but the food prices are a rip off.

I have been to Kidz Digs many times as my kids really enjoy going there. I have not had a problem with the service. The staff have been quite helpful. It depends on how busy they are at the time with how quick your food is served. Last time I went it was not so busy, so food was out in about 10 minutes. My kids enjoy the facilities. Possibly only drawback is that it is quite large so you need to really keep an eye out on your kids at all times.

Over charge on entry, we waited for almost 40 minutes to get food we had odered. Place in disrepair almost had one of our children killed by holes in a jumping castle thus got stuck when it reinflated and he couldn't breathe.
