Honestly - I was shocked at their customer service when I tried to return something that was faulty. I was treated poorly and not able to have my money refunded - as they did not think that it was that bad and I got the item on sale.
Have brought one or two things from there as I love the brands they stock - but could honestly find it online cheaper and be assured if the item was faulty I could return it.
