Had my child there for 3 weeks and decided enough was enough.
Drop off time was chaos - nowhere near enough staff on and I feared for my child's life the whole way to work having left him with these zombie like caters who couldn't comprehend even basic English. And only 2 of them when I counted 17 children in the 1-2 room.
My child came home visibly distressed with bite marks no one even knew about!! As for lunch he hated the food.
Their menu was so sophisticated for an adult pallet - it was all part of the big show trying to impress with tofu, beans etc but kids don't eat that.
Our fees were constantly in a state of array but no one cared to rectify until I contacted ombudsman.
Best thing I did was leave.

I would not recommend this centre at all! Careers are lovely but admin are horrible. My Lo was bitten there 4 times and scratched twice & all they did was sweep it under the rug & not even apologise to me about it. I have made 3 complaints to 3 seperate departments about them & had numerous meetings with the area manager to only have it done to her again. After numerous emails that I have sent them I am yet to get a response back from them regarding my letter of complaint yet they are quick to take your money even if it is an unauthorised amount without your consent. Regret ever sending my child there!!

I have been taking my kids to KidsTime since December 2010. One of them started school this year and the other is in one of the toddler rooms. I can't talk highly enough of this place. The staff is amazing, very low turnover and highly motivated carers to work with children. The centre is very clean and organised and offers a lot of extra activities for children. I think it would be impossible to find a better place for my children!

My son loves kids time Bentleigh East. The. Staff are so kind and thoughtful. The food is fantastic and plenty of it. The amenities are clean and well looked after. The large outdoor play area is fantastic with plenty of bikes and structures for my boy to play on. I also enjoy the parent involvement you can follow what they do via activity books. Overall i would highly recommend this centre. Excellent Excellent.

Oustanding Daycare - the facilities are lovely, always very clean and well presented. The staff are very welcoming and always very helpful and most importantly, my son loves going there so I know they are doing everything right. My daughter also loves going to pickup her brother as they supply sandwiches for the ride home. Its the little things like this that count. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

I have a 4year old who just loves going to day care, the teachers are excellent, and the staffs are excellent!
Great learning experience, where they are always ready to help and the children are always happy and well occupied!
They are always looking for more opportunities for improvement.

KidsTime is an amazing childcare centre. I have an 18mth old in the babies room and 4.5yr old in Kinder both for 3 days a week. The facilities are bright, clean and full of fun stuff, but most importantly the staff are fantastic. Seka the Kinder teacher is talented and dedicated. She adores the kids, and provides detailed feedback on our son, as well as helping him developing as an individual in the class. The staff in the babies room are also fantastic, my little one loves it there, and bonded with the staff very quickly. Everyone across the centre knows who my boys are. Having a dedicated centre manager is also great, you always know you can get hold of Etty easily and communication with both management and staff is very open and easy. The centre runs lots of fun special days, which all the staff fully engage with and have fun with the kids! We moved our two boys there about a year ago, when we became unhappy with the previous centre we were at. I looked around a few centres at the time, and believe that KidsTime is by far the best in the area. Its a really special place, don't hesitate to check it out!

I cannot recommend KidsTime Early Learning Centre; East Bentleigh highly enough. Etty (Centre Director) & her staff are fabulous & we've been clients there for almost 2 years. My daughter loves going there, the staff all know who she is (even staff that have never been in her room) & her speech & learning has been amazing. The staff are all very professional & caring, the smell of the food coming out of the onsite kitchen smells incredible & she has experienced heaps of Australian special days & Multi-cultural festivals. I was so terribly nervous about my daughter spending so much time in the care of others & I needn't have worried at all. Communication is excellent, with daily notes from the staff in her room & centre wide newsletters & updates very regularly too. Highly Recommended.
