Kidz Kingdom Childcare Centre

I can't say enough about kidz kingdom! The staff are extremely professional and caring. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

I have had two children at Kidz Kingdom over a 4 year period and can not fault them. The staff are all so welcoming, warm and knowledgeable. Both my children are settled, happy and content. This as a parent is THE most important thing for me. I highly highly recommend Kidz Kingdom to my friends and anyone looking for care in the area. The location is also an added bonus as it is easy access for the freeway.

My children love it at Kidz Kingdom. I could not rate this Centre high enough. The staff are really experienced and know how to care for (and help raise!) my two children aged 2 & 3yo. With another on the way, I already have her booked into their specialised Nursery building. We heard what a great a reputation this centre had through word of mouth and we can validate it is true. Great staff and healthy meal options....the Centre is older looking but cosmetic appearances to us does not matter. It's the caring that goes on inside the four walls and we are really comfortable trusting the care of our children to this Centre....they are always learning and look forward to going every day.

My son attended kidz kingdom in the toddler room for 6 months before I pulled him out. In that time we received only one story in his learning journey file (a govt regulation) and it was about him playing on a slide rather than anything meaningful. His day sheet usually said 'indoor/ outdoor play' under what he did so I have no idea what he was doing during his days there. The kindy kids have a huge yard to play, but toddler room has a fenced corner where the ground is mostly dirt and my boy came home filthy every day. The menu was not nutritious, about half of his lunches were white bread sandwiches and most of those followed crumpets, pikelets or some other white bread product for morning tea. One day he came home wearing the same nappy he left in. He began saying things he could of only heard there that I was worried about. Once I made the decision to remove him and collected the learning journey file previously described, a staff member had written on the cover 'we didn't bother with any more'. I rang the owner to tell her how appalling this was and she asked me to bring it back so she could see who's writing it was. I dropped the file onto her desk in her office at the end of the day and it vanished. She did try to help the situation and asked whoever took it to bring it back. Some of the staff and the owner are great but our experience was not.

My 1 yr old daughter is currently attending this day care. I would agree with the previous review that the building/environment is not as new but the staffs are all very friendly. And my girl (currently in their baby house) is quite happy there.

Approximate cost: $330 per week before gov assistance

My youngest son went here for a year before going to Kindy. The building is not new but the staff more than make up for the lack of flash surroundings. I always found the staff friendly and helpful and my son always had a great time there.
