Review for one doctor

My review is not for the whole centre. I brought my son to see Dr Julia Khaled since there was no appointments available with the dr. We usually see. She wasn't helpful at all. She was scared to let us stay in her room for some reason, I told her the covid test was negative. My son was having difficulties opening his mouth to show her his throat, she was impatient with him and she insisted to take us to the covid testing room to check his throat, after she had a glimpse she agreed to give him antibiotics, she sent me the prescription by phone (with my approval) but didn't specify any details regarding the dosage, or the duration which surprised the pharmacist when I was getting the medicine. We ended taking the antibiotics, my son started feeling better after 48 hours, the antibiotics was finished in 4 days ( which usually is supposed to be taken for at least 5 days). My son is not 100% well.. we will need to go back to see another doctor for sure if he keeps feeling sick, just because the dr didn't invest 2 more minutes "health caring" for a sick child and detailing the treatment course.
P.s. the centre needs to allow individual reviews to avoid getting bad reviews for individual shortcomings.

I am so disappointed with my recent experience with a GP at KRMC. I have been a patient at KRMC for around 3 years and have had plenty of negative experiences with them (such as waiting over an hour after my appointment time, GPs dismissing serious concerns I've had about my health stating they "don't have time to deal with it" during the appointment time, being turned away at the door when I had chronic sinusitis because I couldn't prove that I didn't have COVID, and so much more). I haven't yet complained until today.

I had a telehealth consult yesterday with Dr Bharat Jain. I told him I couldn’t come in due to my flu like symptoms (and after being turned away at the door previously, I have since learned to just book a telehealth consult instead). I told him I've had a flu for over 3 weeks and am not getting better, if anything, I've been getting worse. After explaining in detail every symptom I have, he said, "If your chest is tight, you should go to emergency at the hospital." I explained that it's not tight like when my asthma is flaired up, it's because I've had a chesty cough for over 3 weeks. He repeated, "If it's that bad, you should go to emergency at the hospital." I asked if there were antibiotics I could take (which I have been prescribed over a telehealth consult for a past chest infection), and he said again, "Since you have a tight chest, you should go to hospital."

Obviously I am still incredibly unwell as of this morning and have no way to combat my illness or symptoms, other than to go to the emergency room at one of the many short-staffed hospitals, struggling to find beds or timely care for patients. This was Dr Bharat Jain's only solution to my flu; to take my non-emergency health concerns to emergency care.

Thank you for the great experience I had when I received my Covid Booster vaccine New Year’s Eve. The staff where extremely polite, professional and respectful of others. The vaccine and information collected and provided was also very time efficient and was easy to understand.
Thank you.

I would also like to give a shout out to GPS at this practice and the professional and polite reception and treatment room staff.
Take care and stay safe.

Had an appointment and showed up at the entrance. Apparently there were two lines for vaccinated and un-vaccinated (less than a meter apart, so pointless).
This crazy gatekeeper checking QR code and vaccine proof, i had both - so there shouldn't have been any problem. However, for some reason and don't know which authority she asks me for PCR test results. At this point i gave up. Not thanks for your service. Will never go back here.

Dr. Nasim Ahmed is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Best medical centre in Western Sydney. Professional thoroughly and genuinely look after you. Kind and compassionate drs and staff. Can not rate highly enough. Chemist physiotherapy lots of additional services for convenience. Have been going for many years. My dr saved my life a few years ago picking up a heart condition the hospital sent me home with. I can not thank them enough.
