Killarney Vale Cakes & Pies

Good bakery. They make nice pies and have a good selection of things. They shop can be quite easily missed though.

I've been coming here for 15yrs or so (since I was 8-10yrs old) and the quality of products have always been superb. Much better than the bakery that moved in down the road. Actually much better than any bakery I've ever been to and I've been to a few! Prices are more than reasonable and people always very friendly. I recommend the caramel/pineapple/neenish tarts. Just bought a family custard tart on a $3 special today and it is brilliant!

I personally prefer the other bakery, BUT I have to say the family quiches from here are divine!! They are only $8.50 and I love them! Best quiches I've tried from all local bakeries.
My kids like their sausage rolls too, they are really quite large-great value. The service is a little lack-lustre though! But who really cares at the end of the day, right!

Always friendly and cheerful staff a wonderful place for quality cafe style food, the only thing that lets it down is the location and if you choose to dine outside you are dining at the side of a busy road.
