Allways helpful happy to get parts in if thèyre not in stock ,long opening hours allways go there before going to town

I SHOPPED HERE FOR XMAS PRESENTS, THE CATALOGUE STOCK WAS EXELLENT VALUE & THE NEW LOOK OF THE SHOP IS GREAT. SERVICE WAS SLOW BUT THE SHOP WAS VERY BUSY, ONE TALL GREY HAIRED MAN WAS ENJOYING A CHAT ON THE PHONE ABOUT HIS XMAS PLANS WHILST OTHER STAFF SERVED THE LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS.

Not to bad for a local place, I do not go here very often as some of the sales staff can be abrupt. They have a basic range and prices are ok but can be expennsive

They have a range of products, service is good but pricing varies depending on who serves you. I have not used the workshop and only go here if no where else is open as some of the staff are not friendly

I have bought here a few times now, different car parts for a ute as they are local and easy to access

I have never used the work shop but I have used the retail store many times.

This Auto Pro has a fantastic range good prices great opening hours and the most horrible arrogant staff you could ever imagine. I only use them when I really have to and it is a shame because they are usually a lot cheaper and 3 times closer than the Repco I use in Epping but I just can't support them any more.

One guy who is a bit tall with grey hair is not a bad bloke but the other guy and the women in there need to take a good look at what they are doing to a business with a lot of potential.

I have never experienced such poor customer service. very rude and not very helpful. Went in to return a faulty product, didn't go in with any aggression and was met with insults and accusations. The product was faulty through no fault of my own. After the issue is resolved will never deal with again as this is not the first issues i have had with their service or products.

this autopro store leaves a lot to be desired - the service is not up to standard and the owner can be quite off putting to the point of being rude

Always great service and a job well done. Fast and efficient. Friendly mechanics who know their trade. Had many car repairs done here and never had any problems. Good access from the main road.
