The boys at KILPA really know their stuff. They are knowledgeable, precise and on the ball. My mercedes is 20 years old and, since taking it to Paul at KILPA, I can't remember when it has run so beautifully.
When they do any work on my car and notice something needs repairing or replacing they will always call me first to advise me so as not to be faced with any nasty surprises come pickup time. I have always had a terrible time finding honest mechanics, but these guys are great. I have a Mercedes and my previous mechanic seriously dodged me around, as well as all of my family (who all have Mercedes'). But now I have taken all of my family's cars and my own to Kilpa as they provide great service and good quality. They actually take you around back and show you their garage and how they work, and they always show us the parts they changed and SHOW us what was wrong with it, instead of just telling us about it. They have earned mine and my family's trust. Thanks guys.

We have become regulars here now - well, when the time calls for it! Exceptional customer service and maintenance on cars is very reliable and honest. Price can be a little steep at times but if so it's mainly because he's found a problem that most would ignore or leave it till next time. Very thorough and speaks in terms any non car enthusiast can understand! Highly recommend!
