Very poor service. We signed our child up and didn't get a phone call back for over 18 months. When I rang up to question they told me they were too busy to call parents up and let them know how there childs application was progressing. I left one voicemail and sent two texts to the management to call me to discuss. Never bothered to get back to me. If they are running a business and that is the level of service they provide, they certainly will not be getting my business. Now have my child in Silky Oaks, and they are a wonderful childcare centre with excellent service.
