Steer clear of these guys!
Operators sent to site were incompetent and took a total of 110 minutes to perform a simple 5m pumping job a distance of approximately 30meters over flat ground that should ahve taken about 20 minutes.
They also managed to waste a number of barrows worth of concrete into gardens and pond while attempting to get their eqipment to work.
Of course they blamed Hanson for bad concrete. Neither the builder nor concretor on site had a problem with the concrete supplied.
Operators then proceeded to steal tools and fittings from the worksite.
When requested to cover the cost of extra wait time for the cement truck (70 minutes!) the business proceeded to first renege on his cash quote, then threaten property destruction.
All in all a bad experience and these guys will never get a recommendation from me, or anyone else involved in this job.
