Last time i went into king of knives at marion, i found the sales person to be very helpful. I asked her for a set of knives that she didnt have, instead of just saying no she went to the effort of getting out all the product books and taking the time to look through them for me, she even called the vendor to ask for the price and to see if they could order one. I was very impressed with the service i recieved on that visit, she could have just said no i dont have it, and that would have been it.

i have found this place to be not very helpful . when i asked them if they sold a strainer,the girls in the shop just said no .and i got the feeling they just wanted to chat about the weekend. so they did and i walked out. i have been there before and found there stuff to be rather expensive compared to most . being a small shop i wonder how good there sales are.
