Appalling service and staff who know nothing about their own products. We put in a quote a month ago for some plumbing work to get done and still have not heard a thing. We went in to question what was going on and they were extremely rude and sent us away with " we have a stack of quotes we will do it when we do it ok we will contact you" after that we left and found a different local plumbing store who were very helpful. We arranged a quote from another plumber and received it and the site inspection in 3 days. Save your time and your money. They clearly don't care about their customers or service. Disgraceful

Very un-helpful. Needed a gas refill but because we had a swap n go brand they would not fill it. I understand if there regulations but they were not friendly in helping us with another option
