I went to Kippo for a haircut and colour. The haircut was beautiful however the colour was not at all what I had in mind. Seeing how distressed and unhappy I was, the director offered to dye my hair back to my natural colour at no extra charge. I give Kippo 4 stars for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Style and products used on hair are fairly good. Left Kippo satisfied most of the time. Pricing is slightly more expensive then some hairdressers you can find in Sydney area.

I have been using this salon for many years and have never had a bad cut or color. I always get compliments of the cut and color of my hair! Salon always runs on time and never have a problem with service.and the director named Eric is awesome.My wife and i did our wedding hairdo at kippo,,we just love it

These people are professionals-hence the premium price that they charge. Hong Kong/Japan-influenced styles. I got a style cut done for $60...I think my hairdresser's name was Ken. They have different prices according to the level of professionialsm and experience of the hairdresser. My boyfriend has been there a few times and always comes out satisfied with a decent, well-cut and easy-to-style yourself haircut.
