Kirsty has been a great support throughout my pregnancy. She’s passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Kirsty has hugely helped me make a shift in my mood and my gut by creating a treatment plan that is personalised to my lifestyle and supports my current situation. When I went to see her for the first time there was no rush, she took the time to ask about the different areas of my life and was very attentive to my story. I did my home work and took the herbs that she prescribed twice a day and after just a month, there was significant improvement in my mood, my period was back to normal, I wasn't feeling overwhelmed or anxious anymore and no more bloating plus my libido was suddenly up(bonus). Kirsty is so sweet and attentive and I would highly recommend her.
