An order was returned from another customer and staff attempted to give it to my wife after it was broken down and repacked. Wife walked out unhappy and emptied handed after the dirty looks she received from the 6 staff members.

I would definitely not recommend this place due to the degrading and rude customer service, particularly from the owner/ manager.
We were originally very happy with the quality and service but at one point we received a meal that was burnt and the shellfish sickeningly salty.
We informed the owner/manager and he was extremely rude and dismissive.
We were hoping for an improvement returning a couple more times, but unfortunately, even though the food tasted better, the owner was even more rude than before, for no appropriate reason.
It is really sad that he refuses to engage in any dialogue to heal the situation.

Been a while simce we have been here and the other 3 times were perfect,unless now its new owners but Im not sure.
Came here for lunch today,saturday, and ordered a pack for 2 plus some. 2 battered fish were thick ,cooked well and nice thin crispy batter,delightful and tasty tho no salt as asked.
Chips were golden but only scraps about an inch big,potato scallops we ordered 2 were big ,nice batter but uncooked! Guys how hard is it to cook them? Potato was still hard ,they would have been Lovely if only they were cooked. Calamari isnt calamari! Stop calling sting ray flaps cut into bits calamari. It was nicely crumbed but thicker and more chewy and not calamari. Drinks were included in the pack.
Parking is easy in the shopping centre car park,shop is clean and neat,service is great tho,the wait was a long time today about 20 min with 2 orders in front of us. Can eat outside on tables or takeaway as we did.
Wont be going back in a hurry tho. If at all now

This take-away is a real find. The snapper is always of such good quality and cooked so well. Then there's the seafood chowder which is next to none. You would be hard pushed to find another seafood take-away as good as this one on the Sunny Coast. And to top it off, the staff are very friendly and helpful. As 'regulars' for the past couple of years, my wife and I can highly recommend it. Just try it and see for yourself.

Got home to open our tucker, to find fish and potato cakes overcooked. We took it back and the chef looked at it and shugged his shoulders, got our money back. Also not a good look having staff eating chips and gravy behind the counter.
Wont be back.

New store in the Aldi shopping complex at Little Mountain. Food was delicious - really fresh fish and really well priced. Staff were friendly. Hubby will only go here now - reckons it's the best on the coast!!

This new place is absolutely fab. Only small.couple of tables and chairs inside and out . We waited about 15 minutes with 4 people in front of us. The food was scrumptious. Aussies, friendly,clean,well lit, great choice of different drinks besides coke and fanta. They had strawberries and cream my fave and hard to find in most shops.they do milkshakes,burgers seafood grilled platters.kids packs, tradies pack for $10. We had the fishermans pack for $22 which we thought was really cheap for the ammount of food we got. 2 cod,prawn cutlets,sea scallops,calamari they didnt cook till it was rubbery but perfect. Chips and sauce. We got our obligatory potato scallops lol they did them so well too. They also have texas ribs and chicken schnitzels.pork rib rolls salads so much on the menu its hard to choose.they also,have fresh seafood to purchase. Hreat place and damn good value
