I had a terrible experience with KAS. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted for my kitchen and had worked on the design for several weeks. Because I didn't change my design to make it easier for Sam, he became belligerent and rude. He 'knowingly' installed my breakfast bar on an angle out from the wall instead of making small adjustments in the packing between cabinets so it would sit square to the wall because the wall was slightly out (which I understand is quite common). Unbelievable. He also left the job without finishing the kickboards as well as stooping so low as to make insulting comments before he left. Definitely not worth the headache or stress dealing with this company - they are not customer focused at all.
I'm surprised to see the positive reviews but then again they are all from 2014 so maybe Sam has lost interest in the job.
The Kitchen Assembly Specialists installed my kitchen for me. I recommend using them.
The Kitchen Assembly Specialists have been great! Lisa was always getting back to us right away and the guys have done an excellent job actually installing the cabinets.

The breakfast bar was installed 90 degrees to the cabinets which is the correct way of installing but Rachel wanted it level with the wall not the cabinets. So the breakfast bar was removed and reinstalled on angle to the cabinets as requested. As for the kickboards she was getting custom made kickboards. The kitchen was installed exactly the way it was on her plan.
Sometimes you can't make everyone happy and unfortunately this was the case with Rachel
