Kitchen Connection - Aspley

My kitchen was installed about 5 years ago and after I paid the deposit and it came to installation it was the worst experience I had. No service, bad installation and I had to call many times to get even somebody in to even look at it (on a number of occasions they even didn't turn up) Most of the issues were corrected. Some minor issues I didn't even bother about. However, now my 15K kitchen (with 10 years warranty) is falling apart. I went into Kitchen Connections Astpley today (7/8/14)and was told they couldn't do anything for me and to go on internet and arrange with their H/O to get it resolved. The service today is as bad as 5 years ago. Half a star is still too generous
