Had a new kitchen installed.Most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Did not verbally disclose full cost ie give a price but didn't verbally state that you had to pay the trades men on top of the price they give you.Even though I specifically asked if there was anything I should know before signing contract. Quoted on a colour that I hadn't asked for ,of course it then cost me extra to get the colour I wanted. Gave them a detailed plan of kitchen with bench going into the window. They did not include this in the quote. Bench into the window is a question on their questioner that the planner filled in and said no without even asking me. Of course having the bench into the window then cost me more.They take your money upfront and run.
First installer did a disgusting job of installing left about 15 issues that had to be fixed . Had altogether 4 different installer out over the next four weeks.Still having issues with the bench that keeps on splitting on a join .They don't bother ringing you.You have to do the ringing to get them to come and fix issues .No one takes responsibility, no one knows anything ..Even contacted State managers presuming they didn't know what was happening in the company ,but apparently this is the way this company works. Very unprofessional company
