Very poor service. The salesman told me I could drive my car home to Qld and transfer the balance of NSW rego onto Qld rego. I questioned him about this,as I thought this was incorrect, again he stated I could transfer the balance of rego . I go to Qld rego and as I suspected, I could not transfer , so I had to get car inspected at my cost and pay for 12 months Qld rego. Kloster refused to cancel the NSW remaining rego and issue me a credit. Don’t trust them , they will say & do whatever to get your $ , but after that they don’t want to know you

As I always get my vehicle serviced at klosters, I am quite satisfied with their service, they seem to go out of their way to make sure i'm taken care of in the most efficent, friendly way possible.

I wen there with a warrenty repair, not only was I lied to by the service staff that when I pointed out there error I was asked what would I know?? Not very helpful staff and the place is horriable to get into.

we bought a car from these guys, ok it was a novated lease, but the service was still fantastic! gary went out of his way to help us in every way, he called when we asked him to (very important as we are shift workers!!!!), he gave us the best price around (compared to 8 other ford dealers around NSW) and still managed to surprise us with the little details.
