Awesome customer service staff are helpful, happy and always have a smile on their faces. Door greeter ever so polite. Will definitely be going back to this store

The usual assistant who is on hand at the store entry is so welcoming and helpful that it makes me feel as though I am a special customer. She has the knack of remembering people. She is also very knowledgeable about the store so she is the person I go to for help in finding something. I cannot remember her name but she is middle aged with short red hair with highlights and she is about 155cm tall.

Was looking for good quality, reasonably priced light fittings and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and range that was available at a discount price.
