I was in your Cranbourne store last Friday. I spoke to a very helpful Penny in women's underware as I was look for something special. She found it at another store and suggested I go to the service desk to get some more help. I went to the service desk, where I was helped by Catherine.

Best Kmart store I have been to!! Store layout is great, staff are so helpful and u just feel so relaxed :) Lots of coffee shops in the center too to grab before your well earned shop :)

Kmart Cranbourne isn`t the best to go to,as i find the staff don`t always know their products well.When they have sales they don`t always have the product in.Its ok for the basic stuff as long as you know what you are looking for yourself.

the staff at kmart are fantastic there is some one always around to help the price and value of there stock is unbeatable
