The store is well set out, and easy to get around. I found what I wanted, hassle free. The sales are great and I can often find what I want fo a reasonable price.

i went there to pick get a present for my niece and the whole store i so messy, items are scattered everywhere it makes it really difficult to shop and i ran out of patience and just left. will not be returning there there is no order!

Always don't have enough check outs opened and have to wait in the queue for a long time. Service desk is extremely slow, it took me 30 minutes to get the service and I was only 4th in the queue. Weekly catalogue special items often gets sold out in the first half an hour because it's a busy store. Overall I find the service slow and staff untrained. I choose to go to a different Kmart store now. The only good thing is that it's in a convenient location

This is a good store that is easy to access. Parking is sometimes difficult, depending on the time you arrive. The staff are friendly and efficient. The products are good quality and reasonably priced.
