A very nice looking store. The set out is not what I'd prefer with the returns desk being located in the very back right corner of the shop and the staffed registers being located in the middle of the store and the change rooms not being in the clothing section.

I recently purchased a pair of $20 womens work shoes from Kmart Eastland. Not even 3 weeks later and the shoes were completely ruined - the bottom of the shoes were wearing away and had detached from the sole. Luckily i found my receipt and was able to return them - no questions asked.

When I visit Eastland shopping centre one of my favourite places to go is to K-Mart. There always seems to be stock of the things you want to buy.

The prices are great too!!

However, I try to stay clear of K-Mart when my kids are with me because they head straight for the electronical area or the Lego area and it ends up costing me lots of money!!

Since they have done the renovations their customer service has improved markedly - you can now find staff when you need to and for the most part they will be able to help you

Have a great sale on at the moment with everything marked down. Store is lacking in many brands however, and doesn't seem to make use of their huge space.

Nice new store this one. Very open and therefore easy to navigate. Plenty of staff around, and the self-checkouts make buying small things much quicker.

The change rooms have just been refurbished and were very nice and clean, they're good size. They have a number of staff on Fitting rooms at one time which means you are always served quickly. However there was no checking of bags or counting of how many items were taken in or removed from the fitting rooms. I am concerned that there may be many things stolen.
