I shop here all the time for fishing gear and entertainment.
The prices for the fishing gear is cheaper than big w, their is not as much variety and products to choose from.
The entertainment could be better though. Their was a video game at eb games cheaper than Kmart.

I was shocked when I purchased something of the sale rack (the whole rack had $3.03 price and the product was stickered as such) and the girl that was serving me asked how to put the product through. The desk manager was so rude, and saying that she had to get the price checked, and the way she said it sounded like she was implying I had restickered the price myself!!! Then once it was checked she was so rude to the girl serving me and kept talking over her and asking over and over again if the price had been checked! it was some of the worst service I had ever seen. Bad form Kmart, you need to train your managers in some customer service.

I shop here alot the value on clothes and makeup is good, staff are alright, cheap prices overall very happy to shop there.

The quality of the products is average but it is good value considering the low costs. Plus the extended store hours are extremely convenient.

Always ready to help you and quick service. The regular staff take the time to get to know you. Always happy to refund for wrong purchases.

Very organized Kmart. Great staff, very helpful and happy to assist you with your goods to your car. Always easy to find what your looking for.

I was a very happy customer as mistakenly didn't bother grabbing a trolley (silly me) when I was purchasing some large storage drawers. Had 1 staff member ask me if I would like assistance but thought I would be fine so decline their lovely services only to find a few aisles down I began to drop some. Much to my pleasant surprise another sales assistant stopped what he was doing and insisted on helping me carry everything to the register & even found a spare trolley for me to help to my car.

It's good to have K mart around Kellyville Ridge area. K mart have really good deals on day to day stuffs. Generally, it's good to buy household stuff except for cloths.
