always great service but extremely annoying the new set up of having to go to the centre of the store to purchase and then stop again on the way out of the store just to show the receipt. great products.

Last week I bought a cheap vodaphone pre-paid mobile for $19 as I was told by the girl at the counter that I could use a virgin sim in it. Turns out it was a vodaphone 'tricksy trick' and a few people have been caught out by this (you can use virgin sims in any vodaphone but not on the cheapest 1616 model on the market)

The staff at K-Mart were fabulous when I rang today and said just bring it in and we'll refund or exchange it for you, no problems. That's service as it should be.

I'm very greatful and very impressed.

Everything is reasonably priced at the moment, management and staff has a lot to answer for! Door greater was very nice but others where not very helpful at all
