I am very impressed with the customer service at Kmart Tuggeranong. I can go in there and always find a sales assistant and find what I am looking for. The store is always neat and tidy.

Genreally the service and quality is great. At times though if they are busy, they can be abit slow and this can be frustrating.

I have mixed feelings towards Kmart Tuggeranong. I have found some staff members to be excellent and others to be almost rude. The quality of the stuff is what you'd expect, however some products advertised are not available.

I recently had to purchase a lawnmower from kmart as they were on special for $239 for a gardeners choice brand, it comes with a 12mth guarantee (so that's good) I found the staff in the garden section to be very knowledgeable & while i was there they showed me some garden lights made by the same company, at $20 for 10 lights & $25 for 10 colour changing lights so i also purchased these as well. It was a pleasure to shop there it was late in the afternoon and there were not too many people in the store, they suggested that i let them take the lawnmower to the loading dock to make it easier for me to pick up as all i had to do was drive down to the dock, instead of lugging the lawnmower through the shopping center to my car (which i thought was nice of them to offer)

Kmart is a very good quality, low price shop. You can basically get everything you need under the one roof at low prices. And recently after Christmas they have been having good sales and bargains. Definitely recommend popping in and seeing what they have got.

Kmart used to be a cheap place to get assorted products. Nowdays it's not nearly as cheap as other retailers. There seems to be no floor staff and a minimum of checkout and service desk staff. There is always a line up for returns.

I hate going to Kmart on the weekends - they have very young staff who cannot be bothered giving the customer good service. I asked a girl on checkout about a query I had, she didn't seem to care, it was more like she wanted to rush customers through than help me.
