I find it frustrating that when you see 4 blokes standing around in the late afternoon doing nothing that they could find some time to look at your car. But no I have to book in for the whole day. That is annoying. I had 2 different mechanics look at my car with 2 different opinions.

I was very impressed with the service I received at Kmart Tyre and Auto recently. I needed a quote for a wheel alignment. The manager came and looked at my car and advised that I needed new tyres. They gave me a quote on the spot and included the wheel alignment price. I felt the staff member was honest and it was refreshing to receive free advice.
