Put my car in for a service,the team there decided to take on jobs to do with my car and did not ask me at all if this was ok?so instead of a job that would of cost me $200 or so .the job was over $1000 according to them.argued with the guy there,and asked him why they did not ring me and ask me if i wanted it done?i think that they got some jobs mixed up between another vehicle ,there was a lack of communication and non speaking english people that day and i just paid the money and took off,but had a friend look over my car and the work they had apparently done was all second hand parts,not new parts,i will never put my car in this place again.i did not pursue matters as i had to travel to qld for work and did not have the time to take my matter to the department of fair trading.
