Kmart Waratah is always busy, even at midnight! The prices are great, quality great for the prices and they are open 24/7!! Great for emergencies or "forgetting" someones birthday and remembering at the last minute!!
The service is a little slow, as they never have enough registers open for the amount of people, however self serve eases the wait!
They are brilliant with returns, for both faulty, or just change of mind!

The prices in Kmart are really low and the quality is very good. The staff are helpful and friendly all the time. This store is open 24 hours so you can shop at anytime.

Kmart is one the nice stores that I always shop at. The items they sell have a good value for the money. Another good thing is that most of the branches work till late.

I like going to kmart it is nice to go to get most thing you need without going to a big shopping centre and everything ir really great prices and staff are very friendly most of the time. Would recomend

The 24 hour kmart is a blessing for the area. however, the staff can be a little crude at times. other then that, the service is adequate and the range is what i expected.

Average service from a kmart store, store is fairly clean and easily laid out, mainly only go if I need something specific but never just to browse

Cleanliness can sometimes be undesirable. Often hard to locate exactly what your looking for as shelves often scattered messily or products continually unavailable. Service is often quite slow due to high demand and lack of staff availabilty but a bonus is it is oen 24 hours which is very convenient.

I find Kmart 2 be generally the most reasonably priced department store, staff are pretty well always polite and friendly. Products are easy to find and they have a great variety of products of good quality
