friendly service. cheap prices, great store layout. not messy anymore. placed an item on layby, the lady was really friendly and held a conversation even though they were really busy with christmas layby period

must say only some staff seem fairly stressed at times when things get busy in the store, not checkout operators but just to ask for advice. maybe a bit more training regarding cameras, electrical etc. but on that must say i have had some good days when they quite happy to take you through the products.
