Andy fitted a new lock to a security door we thought we'd have to replace. He was fast, friendly, honest and very reasonable priced - I was impressed enough to take the trouble to write a review which is not like me! Highly recommended.

I decided to go with KNA Security to install two double security doors (aluminium diamond grille) as their prices were very reasonable. The staff (Wayne) was incredibly friendly and helpful and I was impressed to see that he responded to some of my emails after business hours - which was unexpected and appreciated.

The fitter (Trevor) knew exactly what he was doing and installed the doors promptly.

Both Wayne and Trevor were on time (in fact, early both for the measure and quote and installation) and Trevor even vacuumed the wood/aluminium scrapings after he finished the job.

It might not seem like much, but responding to emails after hours and vacuuming after the job was finished shows pride and care in their work which is much more than I can say for some other companies/tradies I've dealt with.

The quality of the doors and locks were great too and the advice received by Wayne seemed very authentic and specific to my situation.

I'd highly recommend KNA Security.

We're very happy with everything; initial & subsequent contact and communication was great (I nearly fell off the chair when Anne called on Sunday to say you could install on Monday!), pricing beat the other 2 quotes we had hands-down (saving us over $1,000 for practically the same thing), the doors look fantastic and we're absolutely delighted to have them in prior to Christmas.

We had an invisiguard security door installed. The customer service from Wayne and all the KNA crew was fantastic. Professional, punctual and would definitely recommend this company.

I'd only been in my new house ONE NIGHT and hadn't had a chance to get spare keys cut. I had locked myself out of the house with my only set of keys inside. It was 8pm on a Sunday night and KNA answered the call and gave me the option they could either come out straight away or if I could make arrangements overnight, they'd be 'round first thing in the morning. Not only were they helpful, they defused a stressful situation and even saved me money by giving me options. I'd recommend KNA to anyone who wants reliability, trustworthiness, friendliness and understanding.

Wayne came and quoted within 2 days of making contact via FB. told us 3 weeks door will be ready to be installed. 2 weeks later if that our door was ready to go. Friendly service by the guy that popped round to install it and was very friendly and did an excellent job. My family feels even safer knowing our front door is secure

I chose KNA because of the Invis-guard security mesh and also because the quality of the frame around the mesh.
