I have no hesitation in giving Knox Jeep five stars, and will continue to do so until I have a reason not to. Every member of staff I have encountered - from telephone contact and sales, through service and the lovely young lady I met this morning, acting as liaison between myself and the service department - have treated me with kindness, respect and courtesy. I have experienced other Jeep dealerships closer to home, yet will always travel to Knox to have my car serviced. I feel valued and supported as a customer when dealing with Knox. No complaints or 'feedback' here; one very happy and loyal customer.

I took my newly brought second hand chrysler here when I started having major issues, although the staff were very friendly, the communication between the service manager and mechanics was poor, it took hours to get simple answers.
The price was high for just finding the problem and then the prices quoted to undertake the work was over double what any general mechanics were quoting, needless to say I took my car elsewhere.
They need to work on their communication and pricing - would have been willing to pay a little more for going to specialist service centre they improved on these areas.
