My mother was referred to see Mr. Francis Ma, an orthopaedic surgeon and specialist,[redacted clinical content] He was excellent. [redacted clinical content] after providing us with lots of information to weigh up pros and cons, [redacted clinical content] She's just had the operation, is back home, and although quite sore, full of praise for Mr. Ma. From his reception and nursing and support team - who are polite, friendly, patient and make the time to answer any questions - to his explanations to his patient bedside manner (including visiting every day she was in hospital, including Saturday and Sunday!) he is a wonderful specialist. More could learn a thing or two about patient interaction from him - fee well worth it. Keep up the great work!

Hip, knee, shoulder surgery. The staff were polite and efficient
The doctor (Mr Dunin) is highly technically competent as a surgeon and doctor but he is a man of few words and I found him difficult to communicate with and not really willing to answer some of my questions relating to my injury and recovery. I got the info elsewhere but considering how much a specialist charges I wasn't happy with his service.
