Amazing service! The team is so friendly and helpful and always on site in person, making it so easy to resolve any questions or issues you have. The team at Osborne Park helped me move my things in at the very last minute after my storage rental with another company was found to be inaccessible on moving day. I called them in a panic and they got me sorted with storage (and snacks!) straight away. The facilities are great - secure, clean, it is easy to access all units by car, they have coffee and snacks available which are needed after a long day of moving, computer facilities and free trailers available.

They really did save the day when I was moving house this year!

I recently had a unit with Koala Storage in Osb Park. the unit was clean and the site looked secure.
Upon emptying my unit we found that a brand new television, still in the box, had been removed by someone able access our unit. when we asked for video to be reviewed we were advised that there was hours of video and it would take too long to do it, and in '21 years' no one had ever had a breach of their unit. it must have been someone that we knew was the implication of the manager.
they advsied that the Snr manager would get back to us after she came back from leave, but 2 months later we are still awaiting a call or email.
totally unprofessional and head in the sand attitude from all involved.
i would definitely suggest to anyone looking for storage to look elsewhere.
