Joseph was fantastic. Squeezed into tiny roof spaces to make our job neat. Nothing was too hard for him. Very neat job all done in a bit over an hour. Not bad for a phone request only yesterday. Highly recommended. Adrian Jones

Joseph did an excellent and speedy job. But as with the other reviews Koala View Developments caused confusion on my credit card statement.
Anyway can't fault the work just the billing process.

The service man we had today is Joseph- we need to fix a new antenna and was bit worried as our area( Greensborough) is hard to catch signal as tried by few other service men. Brilliantly done antenna and had fixed all four points of connection. And the best thing about- very reasonable price!

Very prompt and good service. But, first didn't need a new antenna and then did - maybe saw extra salt (live near the beach) on the existing antenna. Work was completed in a speedy and efficient manner. Just very confused when credit card statement arrived....who in Hades is Koalaview Developments? well, now I know and here's my review.

Quite strange, contacted them as 'Williamstown TV Antenna Services'. Initially had trouble contacting them on the advertised number. Technician called, did a great job however I needed him to come back to rectify a small issue. Receipt for work was from Koala View Developments. Tried contacting them on the number on the receipt - no answer, tried Williamstown TV number seem to be diverted but goes nowhere.

They do half the job, demand the money and never return to complete the job. Very shonky people, dont even answer their phone or return calls once they have your money. Stay away from them, they are not good to deal with.
