Over a week without service, no contact from customer service. Just don't use them, too hard.

I wouldn't recommend having your mobile plan with them because they are extremely unreliable and they give shocking customer service and the reception is bad. I would recommend going to another service provider that is more reliable.
My son bought me a sim card for my mobile. More than happy with the service. It only took 2 hours to connect me from when he rang to say we had sim. Been a few months and so far no problems with anything. Amazing allowances.
