I've been going to Kon Penklis for many years now and have never been disappointed. His staff are helpful, kind, professional and Kon is an authentically great guy who even taught me several times how to put my contact lenses in! He explains everything he is doing and why in simple terms and the glasses on show are reasonably priced. Definitely a terrific old- school family business which puts clients and service before profit.

Great family owned local business. Have been getting glasses here for the last 3 years. Won't go anywhere else, ever.

Only negative would be that you can wait a few weeks to get an appointment. However if you need a quick repair on a pair of glasses you can just walk in anytime.

Also, when waiting for family to finished their appointment, there is a Michelle's patisserie that makes a great coffee.... Plenty of Undercover parking also makes this an easy optometrist to access.

I took my daughter here for her eye test and a glasses fitting. They were extremely friendly to my daughter and made what could have been a scary situation for her very pleasant instead. we plan on going back for future eye tests

A friend put me onto this Optometrist a few years back and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Great service. Kon himself is a lovely man, very personable and friendly. With private health insurance you can get 2 pairs of glasses with no out of pocket cost. Fantastic array of frames to choose from. Thorough eye testing.
