I had 3 previous A/C repairers come through and could not fix it, the lady answering the phone was very nice and helpful. Dean came out, found the problem and it needed a new part and suggested I could buy and change it myself as it was very easy and save $$$ or was happy to do it if I wanted. He also said if I have any issues at all just to call him. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough.

Wow! I've tried four AC repair companies over the last few years but only Kookaburra AC has managed to fixe my old AC units, actually keeping me warm when I'm want to be warm and cool when I want to be cool! Thank you Kookaburra AC!
Michelle in the office was personable and efficient, gathering all the pertinent details and helping me with the warranty. And Dean (also very personable) was prompt and reliable and soooooo efficient! Wish I would have found Kookaburra years ago! I'd have saved myself a lot of uncomfortable days and nights!
