I highly recommend Steve and his team. The communication was excellent right from the start, very prompt and clear. The team arrived right on time and were very efficient in assessing the job and getting it done as quickly and carefully as possible. Steve came to the job to check everything was running smoothly which shows he really cares about the professionalism of his teams. We have actually booked them again already for a smaller job as we know that they will do it right and at a reasonable price.

Hi Steve, Just a few lines to say that we are really pleased with our move. The men Troy and Michael were excellent in everything they did , taking very special care of all of our items, placing boxes etc where required, and making sure no walls were marked in the property we are renting. They were very polite and courteous and really worked very hard to get the job done - Please give them a pat on the back. Excellent customer service both from Steve who originally phoned, booked the move and took care of the admin side of things through to Jordan and his co-worker who took care of the physical side of the move. From start to finish the process was handled professionally, efficiently and all my moving needs were taken care of. Moved house last monday in the rain and had a fantastic stress free experience with Kova Removals. Steve and his two assistants were very friendly, professional and worked very efficiently. Very happy with how the move went. Extremely stress free and the guys were very careful and well organised. Would highly recommend.

Due to bad weather my move could not be completed in one day and the removalists were great in organising the items required for me to live comfortably for several days while rescheduling a new time for the balance of items to be delivered that was convenient to all parties. Service was great and the removalists friendly and polite. Approximately 4 hrs in total.

All went well with our move.
