I ordered and paid for 3 vertices on 1 Feb 2023 in Mandurah WA, told 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Dispute repeated attempts to contact the company I still have not received them. Today they told me it will now be July...seven months after placing a very simple, straight forward order. I would never recommend that anyone uses this company. Customer service is non-existent, phone calls, texts and emails ignored

We ordered $7,000 worth of blinds, from the word go there was issue after issue, They did not take the deposit, they never called, customer service was rude, the sale rep never returned our calls. We placed additional order to be added to our original, we paid the deposit and a month later, no one knew what we had put a deposit on, no blinds were made. This began in May, we still have issues today in August that we are still trying to sort out. The service is horrible, the people have no idea as to what customer service is. We find out that upon inspection a few blinds are fitted incorrectly. Be prepared to be promised the word and delivered the vaccuum of space, be prepared to do their work for them by calling them continuously to find out what is happening. I would NEVER recommend Kresta to anyone.

I am still waiting for my completed order from Kresta 3 months it has taken them to get it right. I have had two consultants out to correct the others mistakes, then they still don't get it right. But yes, they take your money up front. I am very disappointmed with Kresta

We have been rennovating 2 bedrooms to make room for our 3rd baby. I called Kresta in September to order vertical blinds. The rep who came to do the measure and quote was great, but that's more than I can say for the company. They are abolutely unprofessional and the worst I have ever dealt with.

We had 14 blinds in all put in, all holland, on doors and windows. It has taken 4 months to get them all correct. Our experience was awful and very frustrating. We had to have 8 of these remade and two of them twice. One had a mark on it, 6 couldn't be rolled up more than 1/2 way as the fabric was crooked and two were the wrong size (one being already remade), although measured correctly. I can't understand how they made money on this as having to remake blinds and get the installers to come each time must cost. In all, we had the installers come to our house 6 times.

We recently had some vertical blinds installed by Kresta. The salesman who came to our home was very helpful with suggestions and the service people did an excellent job. We also had some drapes and curtain track installed for a bay window.
