Fell into the trap of taking up a 40% discount on plantation shutters. I asked for a quote (first appointment booking) in January, however 30minutes after the scheduled time they had not turned up. I wasn't booked for first thing anymore. I should have known then. It took another 2weeks for them to come out. Then the order takes 10-12weeks to get manufactured. Needless to say, its going to be end of April before I can get it installed!!
If you have a chance, do some research on Somersoft forums on their recommended blinds company from Prospect. They can be there almost any time you need and you'll get the blinds in 6-8 weeks. They actually try to work with you. And Sydney blinds were only $200 more expensive. I should have gone with them.

I have about 21 windows that need furnishing so I called Kresta for a quote Julie came out and was very informative but was not very knowledgeable about the window furnishing that i wanted as i have ocean views she thought to block them out completely she did not listen to what I we wanted in the end we sorted it out in the showroom they had old stock which was faded already and had nothing new to show us also no samples to take home to see in the different types of light
