Krinklewood Biodynamic Vineyard is a beautiful winery in the Broke Fordwich valley of NSW. Krinklewood has the most pictureque estate, my friends and throughly enjoyed the grounds. Unfortunately, the customer service we received inside was very poor, the worst I have received from any winery I have visited. I appreciate that our visit was towards the end of the day, but we were still customers showing interest in Krinklewood's wine selection and we did not have a good customer experience at all. The lady who served us was rude and stand-offish, and barely even looked at us. She eventually just walked away and another lady (with better manners) assisted us. It was disappointing, and as a result we are unlikely to visit again irrespective of the wines for sale.
