The first and ONLY time I've walked out of a hairdressers happy. They cut my hair exactly how I wanted, excellent service. Very very friendly staff definitely coming back again very soon. Best of all cheap prices!!!

I went to get my kids haircuts they were so nice all the girls in there are very friendly they were so good with kids and resononably priced. went back next day to get my hair done had a whole new style cut and i love it best hair cut i have had in years and once again the service was marvellous. got a shampoo and conditioned coffee for under 50.00 very very happy with them will def go back,

I asked for a perm, i explained my hair is so strong it doesn't usually take colour well, so it would need and i would like a tight curl, they tried to talk me into a loose/large roller, i said it was too big, so they said they would put some smaller ones as well as the larger ones.....and said, 'you wouldn't be happy if it came out too curly and frizzy'.....assertively i said i would not be happy if it came out loose, i want a tight curl...throughout the rolling, i said how tight i want it, explaining how strong my hair was...they agreed it was strong and thick................ Well.........it is a wave, nothing more than a mess..........didn't listen did they.........$70 for a nest of wave.........not a curl in sight.....

i was very very happy with my hair after going to kropz, all the girls were very lovely and friendly i'll definitely be going back.
