Staying in one of these villas was such a treat for me. Stayed in Water and was very impressed with the level of attention put in to ensuring every comfort imaginable was there.

Loved the open fire, decadent spa, beautiful bedroom, luxury bathroom and livable kitchen, there was an outside setting as well which added to the peacefulness (although there were a few other houses visible).

Kudos to Kudos - they have it right! Highly recommend

Had booked the Temple for our honeymoon and i was a little disappointed.
The Villa itself was well set up and comfortable however i was a little annoyed with the cleanliness. The room has a spa in the middle which had a nasty brown ring around it where the waterline had been. This had obviously not be cleaned. Also the bath soap next to it had been opened and used (quite obviously not replaced)
The cleaners had obviously not vaccummed as there were fdead flies and leaves throughout.
The doors to the outside shower had been written on whilest someone had been using the shower and a quite offencive message had been left. I understand that wouldnt have been noticed as the bathroom would have needed to steam up first however, the doors on the inside had quite obviously not been cleaned.
Value for money- i had spoken to the booking line before booking and explained what i was after 4 nights etc and asked what deals were avaliable, NONE. i booked through one link and then discovered while showing my fiance a different link with some amazing deals including entry to the bathhouse. felt a bit stooged.

Approximate cost: $350

We were give $700 voucher to spend at this lovely retreat. We spend a little extra for a massage for two and sparkling on arrival. If you want to have romantic getaway with all the details taken care of, this group of properties is worth a look. We had a wonderful 2 nights at the Kudos Water villa. The retreat was very close to the main strip in Daylesford and Hepburn Spring. We spent most time indoors and dined local restaurants as a retreat such as Lake House and Kazuki's. There's dvd's and relaxing cd's on the premises, nice modern lighting and a small kitchenette. The deco is modern, with a super comfortable love seat and wonderful spa overlooking lush green bush. Also the keys are at the premises a pin code is given to you before you get there. Unless required, there's a local on call person you can call should you need any assistance. But there's enough local recommended activities in the handy guide in the room if you want. Highly recommend as an option for a special occasion.
